Welcome to the Brass Hardware Wholesale Program! We're delighted to offer exclusive benefits to individuals and companies who share our commitment to quality craftsmanship and fine furnishings. Please review the following policy carefully to understand how the program operates:
1. Program Overview:
The Brass Hardware Wholesale Program provides resellers with access to exclusive benefits and wholesale pricing on our products. Participants will receive a unique discount code, prioritized customer service, and early access to information about upcoming products.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Brass Hardware Wholesale Program, participants must:

Be actively involved in the trades, including builders, architects, interior designers, or resellers.

Submit proof of business, such as a business license showing their Employer Identification Number (EIN).

Resellers must also provide a valid resale certificate.

Submit a portfolio of work (via website link or uploaded document) displaying projects for Brass Hardware to review and determine the applicant’s fit for the Trade Program which is at the discretion of Brass Hardware. Brass Hardware determines fit for the Trade Program based on the quality of work presented.
3. Application Process:
Interested participants can apply for the Brass Hardware Wholesale Program by completing the application form available on our website. Upon submission, applications will be reviewed by our team, and eligible participants will be assigned a unique discount code.
4. Data Protection
Any forms submitted by participants will be securely stored in a password-protected folder accessible only to authorized managers within the company, ensuring the confidentiality and security of participant information.
5. Pricing & Discounts

Approved wholesale partners receive tiered discounts off MSRP based on order volume.

Wholesale pricing is only available on select products in our line. Eligible products will be clearly marked in our wholesale catalog or line sheet.

6. Minimums

Opening order Minimums are dependent upon the product.

Reorder Minimums are dependent upon the product.

Certain products may have case pack requirements or minimum order quantities per SKU. These will be clearly indicated on the order form or wholesale catalog.
7. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment unless Net Terms have been approved.

We accept credit cards and bank transfers.

Net 30 terms may be extended to qualifying retailers after initial orders and upon credit approval.
8. Shipping & Lead Times

All orders ship from our warehouse in Savannah, GA USA.

Lead times for retail orders typically range from 6-8 weeks, depending on stock and order size. Lead times for wholesale orders will depend on the stock and order queue at the time of purchase.

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Any freight or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer.
9. Returns & Damages

Wholesale orders are final sale.

We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise.

Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, with photos included.
10. Resale & Branding

Retailers may sell our products in physical stores, e-commerce sites, or pop-ups.

We do not allow reselling on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, etc.) without prior written consent.

All product names, descriptions, and branding should be used accurately to maintain brand integrity.
11. Exclusivity
We do not guarantee territory or geographic exclusivity unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. If you are interested in exclusivity for a region or collection, please contact us directly.
12. Custom Orders
Select products may be eligible for custom finishes or packaging for wholesale partners. Minimums and longer lead times may apply. Contact us for details.
13. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts at any time for failure to comply with our terms, misuse of pricing, or any activity that may harm our brand.
14. Policy Changes & Program Termination
Brass Hardware reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the Brass Hardware Wholesale Program at any time, at our sole discretion. We may make changes to the program benefits, eligibility criteria, or any other aspect of the program without prior notice.
In the event of policy changes or program termination, participants will be notified via email or through other communication channels provided by Brass Hardware. It is the responsibility of participants to review the program policy periodically for any updates or changes.
