Welcome to the Brass Hardware Trade Program! We're delighted to offer exclusive benefits to individuals and companies in the trades who share our commitment to quality craftsmanship and fine furnishings. Please review the following policy carefully to understand how the program operates:

1. Program Overview:

The Brass Hardware Trade Program provides individuals and companies in the trades, including builders, architects, interior designers, and resellers, with access to exclusive benefits and discounts on our products. Participants will receive a unique discount code, prioritized customer service, and early access to information about upcoming products.

2. Eligibility:

To be eligible for the Brass Hardware Trade Program, participants must:

  • Be actively involved in the trades, including builders, architects, interior designers, or resellers.
  • Submit proof of business, such as a business license showing their Employer Identification Number (EIN).
  • Resellers must also provide a valid resale certificate.
  • Submit a portfolio of work (via website link or uploaded document) displaying projects for Brass Hardware to review and determine the applicant’s fit for the Trade Program which is at the discretion of Brass Hardware. Brass Hardware determines fit for the Trade Program based on the quality of work presented.  
  • First-time purchasers through the trade program will initially receive a 5% discount code. This discount will increase to 10% after their first purchase of $1000 or more, to ensure their commitment to being returning customers.

3. Program Benefits:

Participants in the Brass Hardware Trade Program will receive:

  • A unique discount code for use on purchases through our website.
  • Priority customer service to address any inquiries or assistance they may require.
  • Early notice of upcoming products and access to exclusive previews before public launch.

4. Application Process:

Interested participants can apply for the Brass Hardware Trade Program by completing the application form available on our website. Upon submission, applications will be reviewed by our team, and eligible participants will be assigned a unique discount code.

5. Duration:

There is no end date to the Brass Hardware Trade Program. Once accepted into the program, participants will continue to receive program benefits indefinitely.

6. Communication:

Information about the Brass Hardware Trade Program will be available to potential participants through the signup page on our website. Accepted participants will receive communication via email on a per-member basis, including updates on program benefits and exclusive offers.

7. Monitoring and Compliance:

We will monitor orders placed using discount codes to ensure compliance with program eligibility criteria. Orders must be placed by the account holder or someone within their organization to qualify for program benefits. We will verify the domain in the email address to ensure orders are from the designated organization.

8. Data Protection:

Any forms submitted by participants will be securely stored in a password-protected folder accessible only to authorized managers within the company, ensuring the confidentiality and security of participant information.
