The Brass Hardware team welcomes you to our website and would like to provide you with the Shipping Policy as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to the Shipping Policy in this agreement. Please read it carefully.
ORDER PROCESSING:
Order processing times vary, depending on the current order queue and product type. Allow more processing time for custom. Our lead times are updated regularly to be transparent with our customers.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped using UPS's ground shipping which is 3 - 5 days.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: Domestic Flat Rate shipping starts at $35 for tipping rails and $65 for shelving.
**Shipping is calculated by volume and weight. Packages are insured for the full price of the product in order to insure against product damage in transit. Insurance rates may affect shipping costs. Orders over $2000 may require a signature upon delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to all countries.
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping starts at $75 for tipping rails and $200 for shelving units.
**Shipping is calculated by volume and weight. Packages are insured for the full price of the product in order to insure against product damage in transit. Insurance rates may affect shipping, duties and taxes.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brass Hardware is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our Stock fittings and components must be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
For any products damaged during transit, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can take the necessary steps to submit package insurance claims, process the return, and add replacement parts to our production queue accordingly. Please provide us with photos detailing the damaged goods in its original packing, the damaged goods in its entirety, the package in its entirety, a photo of the label, along with the tracking number, as well as any packing material included. Please do not discard any materials or packaging upon opening of damaged goods, as well as try to keep it in the same condition as received. Please note we only have a 60 day window to submit claims for damaged packages via the post office. After 60 days we are unable to submit a claim and thus cannot replace damaged goods without additional purchase.
