Return Policy

Effective Date: November 10, 2023. 

Thank you for shopping with Brass Hardware. We hope you love your purchases and encourage you to send photos of your finished product to info@brasshardware.com! 

If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, kindly take a moment to review our refund and return policy guidelines. 

Our Custom fittings and components along with our cut and polished tubes are non-refundable. These pieces are specifically designed and made to order based on each customer’s needs. Our team works hard to have open communication and create drawings that must be approved before we proceed forward with your order. 

Our Stock fittings and components must be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. We are notified when each package is delivered via tracking. Please note: Items must be returned in original packaging and in new condition. We ask that you package items in the same condition that they were shipped including properly padding the package. There will be a 30% restocking fee for all returned stock fittings and components. Returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued to ensure they are in proper condition. 

Restocking Fee: There will be a 30% restocking fee for all Stock fittings and components. 

Window of return: 30 days after confirmed delivery date - all our packages are tracked. 

Processing Returns: Returns will be processed up to two weeks after the package is received in our shop.

Goods damaged in transit:

For any products damaged during transit, please notify us within 10 days of arrival so that we can take the necessary steps to submit package insurance claims, process the return, and add replacement parts to our production queue accordingly. Replacement parts will be expedited within the constraints of our current lead time - estimated 2 weeks average. 

Please provide us with photos detailing the damaged goods in its original packing, the damaged goods in its entirety, the package in its entirety, a photo of the label, along with the tracking number, as well as any packing material included. Please do not discard any materials or packaging upon opening of damaged goods, as well as try to keep it in the same condition as received.
