Though the shelves can be adjusted, we suggest you figure out the optimal spacing for the items on your shelves before fully securing the fittings in place as the set screws can mar the surface of the vertical tubes, and any adjustment will expose these markings.

We don't recommend using thicker glass, but can quote out different thicknesses if requested. Our standard wood shelves are 3/4" thick and are available in several stock wood species.

For units made from live brass it is important that you wear gloves while installing the unit as the oils on your hands will leave markings on the brass. More information on product care can be found on our Product Care page.
